With a belief that all good food needs great wine, Tomi has opened his Soil Wine Group with Lari-Pekka Ikonen and Sebastian Siimeslahti. Established in 2014, Soil Wine Group focuses on sustainable wine of all categories whether it is organic, biodynamic or natural.

Soil aims to truly represent the origin and winemakers of each wine in their portfolio. Tomi and the team carefully select each range from well-known producers. They believe in great restaurant wines that are designed to be enjoyed with food, by the glass or bottle.
