Piparkakkutalo is a popular restaurant in Hämeenlinna in a historical building. Restaurant wanted to renew their venues interior, food and beverage menu, kitchen equipment and layout and revamp operational functions. Tomi gave his expertise in all these aspects and designed a completely frehs food menu respecting restaurants long history, local ingredients and ambience of the venue. Tomi also helped the refreshed restaurant to gain media attention.
