Food Market Herkku is a large upmarket grocery store chain in Finland. Tomi created a ‘Amoy Street Kitchen by Tomi Björck’ in 2020. He designed a range of vivid and fresh meals for consumers to enjoy at home and had a pop up kitchen in Stockmann Helsinki as well as a large Street kitchen in Keskuskatu where he prepared and served stunning dishes for culinarists. Tomi helped Herkku to get extremely positive media throughout the 2month long campaign and will continue working with Food Market Herkku in the future too.
